How to Survive Fall Damage in Warzone

Battle Royale games captured the gaming industry in the past 5 years. We have seen many companies trying to enter this genre, however, the competition is fierce. Battle Royale games reign started with PUBG, the game was a brilliant example of how simple gameplay mechanics can be exhilarating. PUBG was going great however the problems with the optimization started to ruin the game’s reputation and later Fortnite came into the scene. Fortnite changed many things in the gaming world, the games battle pass system became a norm for current FPS titles and will be continued to use by the companies in the future.

Fortnite’s success was inevitable, especially with console ports. The game was the first Battle Royale title on the consoles and players enjoyed this. However, as soon as Fortnite blew up, big companies started to release their BR titles. The first Call of Duty Blackout came and later Battlefield Firestorm. However, both games lacked something in comparison with Fortnite and PUBG, PUBG was cheap and Fortnite was Free-to-Play. Both CoD Blackout and Firestorm was behind a $60 paywall. This made the games inaccessible by the lasses in the gaming world.

Call of Duty Blackout

However, after a year and a half Call of Duty hit the jackpot. Call of Duty Warzone came as a Free-To-Play title and the game already passed 70 million players mark in 2 months. This is a huge accomplishment by the gaming industry standards. Also, we have to congratulate Activision and Infinity Ward for their vision by releasing the Battle Royale mode as a Free-to-play title. Of course, the game was out for more than two months now and players are getting much better in it. However, there are still skills to master in the game. Today we are going to explain how to avoid fall damage in the game with one simple trick.

How to Survive Fall Damage in Warzone?

When you are playing Warzone or generally most B games except Apex Legends fall damage is a huge issue. If you fall down from a ledge you will be incapacitated at best in the game. However, there is a simple trick that you can use. Since most of the buildings and terrain in the game have different heights it is hard to measure where you can jump down without a parachute. But there is a very simple trick that you can use to avoid this. In Call of Duty, Warzone players can jump down from 13 meters without any damage. This is a very important cause if you jump from 14 meters and above your game will be ruined. Also if you use parachute you will be an easy target.

But as we have said there is a simple trick. In Call of Duty Warzone, you can use the ping system in-game. This ping system allows you to point something to your friends from guns to locations. However, it also shows how far you are away from the location that you pinged. All you need to is to simply ping the ground and you will know instantly whether you can jump or not. If the distance is above 14 meters do not jump without a parachute but if it is below 13 meters you are safe to jump in order to run away or to pursue your enemies. This trick can be very useful depending on the situation.

Call of Duty Warzone is going great. The developers are trying to fight off the cheaters in the game. However, with the latest update, the cheating problem reduced to an agreeable level. Especially in the Asian servers, it is not uncommon to see a cheater in nearly every match. This makes the gameplay unbearable and pushing players to different games. Warzone filled the sweet spot with optimized and semi-realistic gameplay. We are expecting the support for the game to continue with the upcoming Call of Duty titles.
